General Maintenance Technician

● At least 5`5 in height

● Graduate of bachelor's degree, 2-year vocational course or with applicable training

● Must be skilled technician (electric/mechanic/plumbing/carpentry)

● Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a similar role

● Effective problem solving abilities

● Must be well-organized and have the efficiency to finished task in designated time

● Must be able to work a varying schedule including Graveyard Shift

GENERAL FUNCTION

● Perform general skills of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.

● Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring or fixtures.

● Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.

● Report any facility incident to the Operations Manager for proper guidance.
