General Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician to join our site facilities team in Wantage, Oxfordshire. In this hands‑on role, you will provide essential general maintenance support, completing assigned tasks across a range of disciplines to meet site standards and agreed response times.

You will play a key part in supporting the existing maintenance team, helping to manage current workload demands and enabling colleagues to focus on their core responsibilities, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the site.

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive general maintenance tasks including but not limited to painting and decorating, building fabric repairs, carpentry repairs, plumbing and drainage maintenance, building services maintenance, installation of fixtures and fittings, office furniture relocation
• Complete scheduled planned maintenance activities, minor repair and alterations.
