General Maintenance Worker

**SUMMARY**



Perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge (but not proficiency) in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.



**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**



+ Build and/or move interior wall partitions, move and/or re-arrange containers, build and/or move rubble piles, wooden facades, add safety rails, add fixed ladders, add safety cages, close off doorways, close off windows, cut new windows, cut new doorways, move and/or re-arrange scrap vehicles, move and/or re-arrange jersey barriers, move and/or re-arrange furniture, etc.

+ Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery.

+ Empty trash cans, sweep and mop floors, dust furniture and equipment, clean windows.

+ Inspect and clean or replace HVAC filters.

+ Complete sweep down & cleanup of the training facilities, where applicable. (Thi...
