                    Design Leadership:  Conceptualize and drive innovative designs for projects (e.g., hospitality, business parks, townships) to meet market trends and business objectives. 
Project Management:  Oversee all architectural aspects, including facade engineering, interior design, and landscaping, ensuring adherence to quality, functionality, and budget. 
Consultant & Vendor Management:  Identify, engage, and manage external architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and high-quality construction. 
Regulatory & Compliance:  Ensure all projects comply with local municipal regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards (e.g., IGBC/LEED).
