1. Executive and Administrative Support
Manage the GM's calendar, priorities, and internal/external communications.
Prepare meeting briefs, executive summaries, reports, and presentation materials.
Consolidate departmental reports and highlight key issues requiring executive attention.
Monitor follow-ups on directives issued by the GM to ensure timely compliance.
Maintain organized documentation of contracts, approvals, policies, and executive decisions.
Draft professional correspondence on behalf of the GM when required.
2. Project and Task Monitoring
Track progress of ongoing SSP projects (construction, leasing, operations, finance).
Ensure departments submit required reports, updates, and action plans on schedule.
Identify bottlenecks and escalate concerns proactively.
Prepare dashboard summaries reflecting performance metrics, revenue targets, and operational issues.
