JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee daily operations of the central kitchen to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely food production.
• Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, performance, and training.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and halal standards.
• Control costs, manage inventory, and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and outlets to meet production targets.
• Monitor quality, consistency, and presentation of all food products.
• Prepare reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
