Carrying Housekeeping Services knowledge Seek and win profitable business contracts in the designated territory Actively seek and develop new prospects from existing business Ensure that CSS’s budgeted/targeted revenues and GOPs are achieved Develop and maintain professional relationships with new clients for future referral Follow up with clients, arrange site visits, meetings and take other action as is necessary to secure the sale within a reasonable timeframe Prepare Letter of Intent, Proposals and Tenders in accordance with client and company requirements 8.
