General Manager

The Lobster Pot Pub and Restaurant in Blackness on Sea is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead our multi-award winning venue into its next stage of success. Reporting into the owners, the General Manager will be responsible for leading the full pub and restaurant operation, creating outstanding guest experiences, developing a strong and motivated team, and delivering commercial performance in line with the venue’s ambitions.
