Our client is a globally recognized food franchise famous for pioneering flavored snacks, with regional operations over 1,400 stores across 15 countries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the business including, but not limited to, sales, financials, business development, operations, supply chain, etc.
• Develop and execute Malaysia strategy across all functions.
• Managing landlords' relationships and identifying potential store-opening locations
• Manage relationships with our partners (food aggregators, suppliers, etc.)
• Work with our Marketing team to grow sales sustainably and expand the business through other channels
• Identify new business opportunities for the brand
• Coach and manage the performance of the HoDs & respective departments
