Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide overall technical supervision of building projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and implement project execution plans for all phases of construction.
• Maintain close coordination with consultants for planning, design, and supervision.
• Provide technical guidance to contractors and review submitted procedures for compliance with specifications, standards, and schedules.
• Interpret and resolve issues related to drawings, designs, codes, and specifications.
• Review and approve field design changes and update drawings as required.
