General Manager, Contract Logistics

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for the 3PL business, encompassing Contract Logistics, and Warehouse Operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market positioning.
• Hold full P&L accountability for the 3PL division, including revenue growth, cost optimisation, budgeting, profitability, and overall financial performance management.
• Define and drive commercial growth strategies through expansion of existing key accounts, acquisition of new customers locally and overseas, and close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Establish and govern operational excellence frameworks, including performance standards, service benchmarks, and scalable operating models to ensure cost-effective and reliable 3PL solutions.
