General Manager

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related field;
• Must have at least five (5) years of experience in the same field, preferably within the hospitality industry;
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role, particularly during the pre-opening and operational phases of hotels and resorts;
• Knowledgeable in hospitality operations, with hands-on experience across key departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Sales & Marketing;
• Demonstrates high attention to detail in operations, safety, and service standards.
