Job description

Role Overview: As the General Manager, you are the bridge between the owner's vision and the daily reality of the hostel. Your job is to ensure the Outpost Machine is perfectly tuned so that the social experience feels effortless for the guests. You lead the Department Supervisors, ensuring they have the tools and the clarity to foster community, while you maintain a High-End Home standard across the property.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensuring the Social Symphony (Cross-Departmental Synergy)

• The Bridge: You ensure that departments talk to each other. For example, ensuring Reception tells the Barabout a large group arrival, or Tours tells the Kitchen when a hungry group is returning for a communal meal.
• Atmosphere Consistency: You audit the hostel daily to ensure the energy is seamless. You make sure the transition from Morning Chill (Housekeeping/Breakfast) to Afternoon Adventure (Tours) to Nighttime Party (Bar/Security) is pe...
