This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a seasoned industry veteran with extensive, direct experience in electronics and cable assembly operations. Unlike a purely strategic or program management role, the successful candidate must have a proven track record of managing large-scale factory environments with several thousand employees. You will hold end-to-end accountability for the business, encompassing production, quality, finance, and human resources.
