The General Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for directing all operational, commercial, and strategic functions of Vancouver Island’s largest certified organic vegetable farm. This is an opportunity to lead a mission-driven agricultural operation where building trust, developing people, and fostering collaborative relationships are as critical as driving financial performance and operational excellence.

The GM will oversee production planning, team leadership across permanent and seasonal staff, sales and market development, financial management, and compliance with organic certification standards (PACS, Canada GAP).
