General Manager F&B

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager F&B at a Golf Club located in Taguig, The General Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and manage staff, develop strategic plans and relationships with clients, drive business growth, and ensure the achievement of financial targets. The General Manager will also handle budgeting, resource allocation, client presentations, contract negotiations, and performance reviews.

• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Strategic Planning and Business Development experience
• Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
• Financial Management, Budgeting, and Resource Allocation skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HRM, F&B, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
