Job Description

The General Manager will oversee the daily front-of-house operations of a flagship all-day café in Austin, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance. Working in partnership with the Executive Chef, this role is accountable for operational excellence, team development and full P&L management within a high-revenue environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and developing all front-of-house team members, including recruitment, training, rostering and performance reviews

Driving financial outcomes through labour management, COGS control, forecasting and P&L accountability
