What You'll Do
Lead and develop a regional finance team of 20+ professionals across SEA and Japan.
Oversee financial reporting, consolidation, audit, and compliance across multiple markets.
Partner closely with the CEO to provide strategic financial insights that shape growth decisions.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow improvisation with a strong focus on operational efficiency.
Champion finance transformation, streamlining processes, implementing systems (ERP), and standardising best practices.
