Qualification : MBA/PGDM in HR / Industrial Relations or equivalent. 
Experience - 12-18 years of HR experience in garments manufacturing, specifically in knitwear.

 The GM-HR will lead and manage the entire human resources function of the Knit Garments Division, ensuring strategic alignment of HR practices with business goals. The role involves overseeing large-scale workforce management, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining industrial harmony, and strengthening employee engagement in a high-output, time-sensitive production environment.
