The position reports to the Chief Executive Officer

Main Purpose of the Job:

Themission is to develop, manage and supervise the implementation of Human Resources Strategy, Policy programmes and procedures related to recruitment, employee relations, staff training and development, Talent performance management, compensation and benefits structure and to ensure that these policies and procedures are properly implemented throughout MTN-Uganda.
