What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end business strategy, execution, and performance

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and new business opportunities

• Oversee cross-functional operations, KPIs, and strategic initiatives

• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization

• Build high-performing teams and a culture of accountability and innovation

• Strengthen customer retention, service quality, and market positioning.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field

• 10+ years of leadership experience managing multi-department operations
