General Manager

Role Purpose
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing end-to-end training operations, and ensuring strategic alignment across Putra Academy, Waja Kesuma, and GridComm.
This role focuses on Business Development, partnerships, and operational excellence for training, upskilling, TVET, corporate, and government-funded programmes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Growth
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow training revenue across all entities.
Identify and secure new clients, partners, and funding opportunities (Government, GLCs, Corporates, Universities, Agencies).
Lead proposal development, pitching, negotiations, and contract closures for training programmes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (Ministries, Agencies, Industry Partners, HR leaders).
