Job Summary
The General Manager / Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, programs, and sustainability of Yayasan Nurjiwa. This role includes strategic planning, operational management, stakeholder engagement, and the development of funding and income-generating initiatives to support the foundation's long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, programs, and administrative functions of the foundation.
Develop and implement strategic and operational plans aligned with the foundation's mission.
Identify, develop, and manage funding sources, including fundraising initiatives, donor engagement, grants, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
Actively source and build relationships with donors, contributors, corporate partners, and benefactors.
