POSITION: GENERAL MANAGER (FOOD & BEVERAGE)

Location: Malaysia Industry: Food & Beverage (Multi-Outlet)

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

JOB SUMMARY

The General Manager (GM) leads the Food & Beverage business, driving strategy, operations, and performance. This role is responsible for sustainable growth, profitability, and scaling the business from 2 to 100 outlets in five (5) years.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Performance

• Oversee consistent, high-quality outlet operations and performance metrics.

• Drive sales growth, margin improvement, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

• Standardize processes to support scalable expansion.

Business Expansion & Growth

• Create and execute a 5-year expansion strategy (company-owned and franchise models).
  • Manage location evaluation, negotiations, and new outlet launches.
