General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead overall business performance and own the Malaysia P&L
• Develop and execute country-level business and sales strategies
• Build, lead, and manage a high-performing local team
• Ensure strong operational execution, governance, and compliance
• Act as the key liaison with regional partners

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of FMCG experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

• Strong understanding of the Malaysia FMCG market
• Proven experience managing full P&L
• Strong leadership, execution, and decision-making skills
• Hands-on, resilient, and results-driven
