Responsibilities
Lead overall business performance and own the Malaysia P&L
Develop and execute country-level business and sales strategies
Build, lead, and manage a high-performing local team
Ensure strong operational execution, governance, and compliance
Act as the key liaison with regional partners
Qualifications
12–15 years of FMCG experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Required Skills
Strong understanding of the Malaysia FMCG market
Proven experience managing full P&L
Strong leadership, execution, and decision-making skills
