About our client:
Our client is a globally recognized food franchise famous for pioneering flavored snacks, with regional operations over 1,400 stores across 15 countries.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the business including, but not limited to, sales, financials, business development, operations, supply chain, etc.
Develop and execute Malaysia strategy across all functions.
Managing landlords' relationships and identifying potential store-opening locations
Manage relationships with our partners (food aggregators, suppliers, etc.)
Work with our Marketing team to grow sales sustainably and expand the business through other channels
Identify new business opportunities for the brand
Coach and manage the performance of the HoDs & respective departments
Plan all hirings to accommodate the growth of the business
Other duties to be assigned as needed
