Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance
• Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions
• Ensure tax planning and compliance with local laws
• Manage investor relations and external stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and grow the finance team
• Collaborate with senior management on business performance and growth
Requirements:
• Qualification:
CA, ACCA, CA Finalist or MBA Finance from a reputable institute
• Experience: Only Textile Experience will be shortlisted
Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
