Job Description
MALE
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role, preferably in the Hotel or Hospitality Management industry.
At least 5 years of general management & leadership experience preferably in hospitality industry
Proven pre-opening experience in hospitality or F&B operations (ideally in a beach club, resort, or restaurant setting)
Strong background in B2B client management, preferably in hotel industry
Background in luxury dining, high-end retail, or international F&B brands preferred.
Familiar with hotel operations, supply chain management and customer service excellence
Above average track record in building a high performing sales team to implement the company’s marketing plans
