Responsibilities

• Handles overall management of staff, customers, budget, asset, and other company resources to create maximum value for stakeholders.
• Directs capital planning and budgeting activities.
• Works with the Chairman of the Board in the implementation of company policies, procedures and set standards.
• Maintains existing clients and creates new business opportunities for the company.

Qualifications
