Job Responsibilities

• Provide single-point accountability for leading and integrating corporate strategy, policy, planning, stakeholder relations, and performance & delivery management into a cohesive enterprise operating framework.
• Lead the formulation, socialization, and execution of the Group's corporate strategy, long-term transformation roadmap, and annual business plans aligned to national transportation aspirations.
• Establish and govern enterprise-wide planning standards, governance cadence, prioritization frameworks, and decision traceability to ensure disciplined execution.
• Champion digital transformation and business excellence initiatives to modernize operations, enhance innovation, and strengthen long-term organizational resilience.
