A Michelin Bib Gourmand–recognized restaurant concept, celebrated for its bold and authentic Vietnamese cuisine, is launching in the Philippines and seeking an experienced General Manager to lead its first market entry.
This is a pioneer leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for the launch strategy and execution of the brand in the Philippines. The role offers a rare opportunity to help shape the local business from day one, work closely with ownership, and receive immersive training in Canada to fully understand the brand, systems, and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the pre-opening, launch, and stabilization of the restaurant, including strategy execution and readiness planning.
