General Manager

Position Summary

The General Manager is fully responsible for the overall leadership, profitability, brand execution, and guest experience of Hard Rock Cafe. This role drives commercial performance while protecting the iconic Hard Rock culture, ensuring operational excellence across Front of House, Back of House, Bar, Retail, and Events.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Financial Leadership

• Drive revenue growth across F&B, retail merchandise, and live entertainment.
• Own P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Analyze KPIs (labor cost, food cost, beverage cost, RevPASH, guest satisfaction).
• Develop local marketing and sales strategies to maximize covers and event bookings.

Operations Excellence

• Ensure brand standards, food quality, beverage consistency, and service excellence.
