About the Role

This role will be responsible for all operations within the mine. From production, to jetty, to logistics, and everything else. This person must be target-driven to achieve all targets and also experienced in blasting method.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for achieving production targets based on the established Monthly Production Plan.
2. Participate in and lead every Production Team P5M meeting – discussing targets, unit status, safety, mine and road conditions, and other issues.
3. Work together with the Mining Engineering and Repair & Maintenance (RM) teams to prepare the monthly Production Plan/Budget.
4. Ensure the achievement of heavy equipment productivity targets.
