General Manager, Mountain Operations

Position Summary The General Manager, Mountain Operations is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of Revelstoke Mountain Resort’s mountain operations. This role leads the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of all on-mountain experiences across winter and summer operations, while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and a culture of accountability, collaboration, operational excellence and meaningful guest engagement.

As a key member of the resort’s executive leadership team, the General Manager plays a critical role in shaping and executing the resort’s operating strategy and growth agenda. This leader is accountable for the performance of all mountain-based operations and works in close partnership with leaders across lodging, food and beverage, events, and village services to deliver a seamless and compelling end-to-end resort experience.
