Our client is a long‑established industrial services provider specializing in air compression and pump solutions for commercial and industrial customers across the region. They are seeking a full‑time General Manager to guide the team, strengthen operations, and uphold high service standards. Job Duties

Lead a team of 4-5 technicians. Assist on‑site with projects as required. Respond to sales leads and provide quotes for new business. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through on‑site visits. Project management: plan and track ongoing projects from start to finish throughout the Lower Mainland. Skills and Qualifications

Mechanical background with strong air compressor and/or pump services experience – an absolute requirement. Hands‑on on‑site work experience combined with business management.
