Overall responsibility for the efficient & effective operations,
Maximize revenue potential, maintain cost control measures to achieve hotel objectives& budget,
Provide operational & strategic direction to hotel team& support managers in their individual roles,
Implement the product & marketing strategies as per the Brand guidelines
Promote the hotel through development & implementation of aggressive sales, public relations, marketing and distribution strategies 
Represent Accor in all matters relating to the hotel

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years operational management experience, 
A strong understanding of Hotel Operations, 
Sales & Distribution and Revenue Management,
Excellent negotiation, financial, analytical skills, 
Able to perform well under stress, strong organizational and planning skills,
