div p We have an exciting secondment opportunity to join our Trust as General Manager - OMFS and Ophthalmology (8C). Reporting to the Clinical Director for OMFS and Ophthalmology. We welcome applications from NHS employees who are able to join us for a 6 month secondment. /p p We are looking to speak with motivated, compassionate, and resilient leaders with an excellent track record of delivering improvements to clinical pathways and access standards. You will bring significant experience in a senior operational role plus evidence of success in developing services that deliver high quality patient care.
