General Manager, Operation and Sales (Logistics)

Salary Package: Basic $10,000 + $1,000 Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Singapore business strategy aligned with SEA and Group direction.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and strategic partnerships/key accounts.
• Oversee full P&L for Singapore, including budgeting, forecasting, cost efficiency, and reporting.
• Manage end-to-end logistics operations to ensure service excellence, productivity, and risk control.
• Lead and develop the Singapore team, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Ensure governance, compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness in line with Group standards.
• Embed sustainability/ESG initiatives into local operations and promote ethical business practices.
