General Manager Operations

Role Description

The General Manager is responsible for formulating local operations strategies and managing and leading a wide management team consisting of operations managers and support functions such as Human Resources, Finance, Engineering and Health & Safety.

Responsibilities

• To ensure client satisfication to a cluster of clients in the automotive and ancillary industries through high-levels of service delivery, close business partnering and joint objective setting and execution.
• To own, build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders directly and indirectly overseeing the outsourced logistical services to InSync.
• To regularly interact with clients to review key performance indicators, plan and monitor execution progress of join objectives (corrective actions, change requests, continuous improvement and operational support requirements)
