Responsibilities include optimizing operational procedures, managing budgets, leading and supporting teams, and enhancing customer service practices to align with company goals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in General Management and Operations Management
Strong expertise in Team Management and Customer Service
Proficiency in Budgeting with the ability to manage financial resources efficiently
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to hybrid work environments
Experience in strategic planning and decision-making
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage multiple stakeholders
