Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a General Manager – Operations, based in Singapore with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves overseeing operational activities, ensuring efficient processes, leading and managing teams, coordinating customer service, and managing budgets to align with the organization's objectives. The General Manager – Operations will collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize operations and drive the success of our environmental projects.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in General Management and Operations Management
Proven ability in Team Management and delivering exceptional Customer Service
Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Prior experience in non-profit or environmental initiatives is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
