Position Summary
General Manager GM , will oversee the full operations of Major Homes Incorporated , a medium sized affordable housing developer. The GM is responsible for billing and collection, Pag-Ibig / HDMF financing and takeouts, HR, Documentation, sales and marketing coordination, post sales and customers service and construction monitoring. The Role reports directly to the CEO, The ideal candidate is an experienced leader from affordable / low cost housing sector , ideally from New APEC, Masaito, 8990 Holdings or Raemulan Lands, with strong mastery of Pag-Ibig housing finance.
Minimum 9+ years of General Manager or senior management experience required.
Real estate or property development industry experience is required.
Bachelor's degree minimum educational qualification required.
Specific experience with Pag-IBIG/HDMF financing processes is required.
Experience managing teams of 26-50 employees required.
