General Manager, Overseas Markets

A fast-scaling, well-funded leader in open-source AI and AI infrastructure - large-model platforms, compute orchestration, and enterprise-grade open-source solutions already deployed across Asia-Pacific - is launching its Singapore entity as the hub for overseas market expansion. We've been retained to find the leader who will build it.

This is a true zero-to-one mandate. You'll report directly to the CEO, own the regional P&L, and stand up the business, the team, and the brand from the ground up.

What you'll own

• Regional strategy and execution: aligning the Singapore/SEA plan with global direction and Singapore's national AI agenda
• Full P&L: market expansion, client development, partnerships, delivery, revenue, margin and market share
• Building and leading the local team end-to-end, from core management to delivery
• Government, ecosystem and partner relationships: agencies, industry bodies, research...
