The General Manager is responsible for the overall administration, operation, and financial management of the high-rise condominium. The role ensures efficient day‑to‑day operations, regulatory compliance, safety and security, financial sustainability, and high‑quality service delivery to unit owners and residents. The General Manager serves as the primary representative of the condominium in dealing with the Board, residents, service providers, and government agencies.
