General Manager

Responsibilities

Oversees farm performance, growth and figures. Reporting directly to the EVP, CEO and other members of the Executive Department. This role will drive farm operations performance, ensure consistent execution of operations standards, build a culture of accountability, efficiency, compliance and focus on community relationship. Strategically think of ways to improve operations performance in co-existing neighborhood environment

Qualifications

Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in agriculture, animal science, veterinary medicine, engineering or business management

Experience: 10+ years in agriculture, farm operations industry, with demonstrated experience in growing operations/production, planning/budgeting and team building.
