Position Overview
We are looking for a General Manager (Philippines) to build and lead Volt Solar's end-to-end operations in the Philippines. As the business is in an early growth phase, this role will be central to establishing strong operational foundations and scaling the organization locally.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for local operations, including execution, delivery, organization building, and day-to-day management. You will be Volt Solar's most senior local leader in the Philippines, working closely with the founders and HQ team to grow the business into a high-performing local organization.
