• Oversee daily operations of all clinics to ensure efficiency, quality service, and patient satisfaction
• Standardize clinic processes, systems, and workflows across all branches
• Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Monitor clinic KPIs including patient volume, treatment completion, productivity, and service quality

2. Strategic Planning & Business Growth

• Develop and implement short-term and long-term business strategies for multi-clinic expansion
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, service enhancement, and cost optimization
• Lead clinic expansion, opening of new branches, and process scaling
• Collaborate with owners on strategic decisions and performance targets
