We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Plant
to lead and manage overall plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production while maintaining compliance with HSE and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations and production activities
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Manage plant teams, performance, and productivity
• Control operational costs and plant budgets
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical / Process Engineering
• 12+ years of experience in chemical or process manufacturing
• Strong leadership and plant management skills
• Proven experience in safety, compliance, and operations
