Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced project management professional from Industrial Parks /
Warehousing sector background to oversee end-to-end execution of industrial and warehouse
projects. The role requires technical expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on project
management skills to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and safety adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution:
Lead construction activities from pre-construction to handover.
Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Identify and appoint local vendors having expertise in PEB, MEP, Civil and Interiors for Industrial Parks and Warehouses.
Coordinate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution.
